Chicken with String Bean (Pad Prik King)
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 kaffir lime leaves, sliced in half (optional)
1/2 lb. ground chicken
2 Tbsp. Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste
2 Tbsp. Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 small Thai chili sliced (optional)
1/2 lb. green beans, sliced into 1-inch sections
1 tsp. water
Directions:
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil over high heat. Stir-fry garlic, kaffir lime leaves and chicken until brown. Add roasted red chili paste, fish sauce, sugar, chili, green beans and water. Stir-fry until meat is cooked and beans are tender. Serve with cooked Thai Kitchen Select Harvest Jasmine Rice.
