4	ounces instant coffee
8	cups sugar
2	pints brandy
4	cups boiling water
2	vanilla beans or 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients- Shake really well- add the last two- shake hard again.
2. Pour into dark bottle, tightly cap, and let sit for one week.
3. Shake again.
