Tiramisu
You need:
2 tbs instant coffee
3/4 cup boiling water
2 tbs tia maria
600 ml thick cream
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup milk
sponge fingers
50gms dark chocolate
Method:
Line a 20 cm round dish with baking paper. Dissolve coffee and add liqueur. Cool
Beat cream and condensed milk until stiff peaks form. Add half of the coffee mixture and stir until combined.
Pour half the mixture into the dish. Dip sponge fingers into remaining coffee mixture and layer on top. Thin cream mixture with milk then layer remaining biscuits on top until all used up.
Cover with chocolate and freeze. Half an hour before serving remove from freezer to soften.
