- Preheat oven to moderately slow.

')" onmouseout="writetxt(0)" target="_blank">line the base and sides with baking paper. - Combine butter, chocolate, sugar and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir over a low heat until smooth, without boiling. Transfer mixture to a large bowl to cool for 15 minutes.
- Whisk in flours, than scrape vanilla into mixture and eggs. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake cake in moderately slow oven for 1 hour. Cover pan loosely with foil and bake for another hour. Discard foil and stand cake in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack, turning top side up, to cool.
- To make Ganache: Pour cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spread over mud cake.
- Decorate with small chocolate Easter Eggs.
